- fixed the tutorial (mostly inventory) - so the buttons should now always be reachable and offscreen

- in case this doesnt fix the tutorial bug for some users (and for QoL reasons) I also added an option to skip the tutorials to the settings > Gameplay & to the first tutorial itself
